Overly tight jeans in the manhood area can eventually make you sterile.
Too tight in the butt can cause IBS and if the jeans split, it can be embarrassing as hell.
Why do so many guys want to be things they are not?

see super tight jeans are meant 4 thin-slim ppl not 4 voluptous gals or guys. so depends dearie if u r slim go 4 it gal, if u r a bit on the plump side its better not to show off tht xtra flab

It is because if you sweat you could get chafing and a heat rash in warm weather. There is also the matter of movement. You have to be carefull not to sit or bend over too suddenly and split your pants.

For men... it practically kills your balls (fertility and pain in the future). For women... it is reported to be unhygienic, painful in some cases and makes you look like you got a stick stuck right up your butt.

as a look it is not bad, for your body there's a negative effect, there are jeans that will give you the nice slim look.
