It's actually a red X, and that means that there was a failure to load the picture in your browser. Almost always, this is a problem with the websites server or the image is linked incorrectly in the html code, so there is nothing you can do about it.
Sometimes refreshing helps if the server simply timed out.

You can't fix it, it's not your problem. The web developer made a mistake - the image tag is pointing to an image that isn't there.
It's like a bad link to a image file. In HTML to show an image:
Well, that file is missing.
If you try refreshing, and still nothing - that's all you can do.

Its not server's problem,its your browser's problem because some browser does not support some kind of images so better way is u go for another browser like 'Mozilla Firefox' or u check for your browser's settings.

if u r using internet accelration software disable it
