The USA should be banned of participating in the World Cup as they are an inbrd dictatorship lead by an man whose mum is half a dog half john wayne's granny. The USA are so called "legal" terrorists and should therefore be banned from the world cup. Furthermore the world should lose contact with the USA as long as their Huitler-like leaders stand on trial for crimes against hmanity.
**** THE USA..

Aye let me correct this; I mean no offence to American people , I just hate yours and our government for being such liars. Bush deserves to go on trial for war crimes so does tony blair. Besides why are the USa playing football if they been slagging it down for years... nobody wants to see them win so why bother

Yeah USA have made a load of dumb mistakes over the last few years electing Bush chief among them but let not blame the people for the crimes of one man, his mates and some trigger happy marines, we our have our hands deep in the Bantha poodoo too y'know. The yanks are tired of bush the same most here people are tired of Blair and if the two of them were in the bb house and up 4 eviction and I wouldn't wanna call it I would watch the interview with Davina afterwards tho ( I mean who woundn't )

When it comes to football this is humanity's alternitive to war and if any one wants to take a pop at the the US of A they can do on the pitch thru the beatiful game, the Americans are in a tough group they don't need to be thrown out, the other teams will do it and I'm sure theyi'll enjoy it too.

You're the only one who sounds inbred. Do you or yours play the Banjo ? The World Cup is a celebration of SPORTS. Over the years even countries at war or countries who were at war not long ago still participated. Argentina vs England after the Falkland war/incident, didn't Irak play the last time around ? Countries such as Ivory Cost and Angola are not really known for their human rights accomplishments. 197 countries tried to qualify for Germany, among them Sudan Jordan, Columbia, Venezuela, North Korea, Israel, ... and you pick on the U.S. ? They might have an idiot for a president, but at least they step up to the plate for the rest of the world when it counts. But then, I'm arguing with a guy who probably never read a history book.

FIFA is not going to ban any team based on political motives. Their motto is that Politics and Sport should not be mixed. They will only ban a team if an international political body (like United Nations or so) calls for a cultural ban, like that happened to Yugoslavia in the European Championships in 1992.

Sometimes teams are banned when they themselves mix politics with sport.

USA are in group E with Italy, Czech Republic and Ghana. Italy and Czech Republic will probably qualify. USA does not have a great team really.

BTW there's a spell check in Yahoo Answers!

They'll be kicked out soon enough, not for their terrorist bully-boy anti-human rights actions, or their illegal invasions of countries,or their massacres of civilians, but because they're crap at real football, where you actually touch the ball with your foot.

For those who think the US was the reason the Allies won WWII, you are the ones need to learn some history. The Russians had done all the damage and the US arrived late in the game (as usual) and just threw the finishing punch.

NO OFFENSE ..i'm not an American but i live here in NY now..and you know wht i don't think POLITICS should be involved in a matter known as WORLDCUP.....so you have no right to say that AMERICANS should be kicked out...it doesn't involve the of the way they play football.that is so UNFAIR...WHAT would YOU do if England was bombed in september 11 2001 instead of the states and i put up a post saying british should be kicked put of the worldcup....because they have the terrorist thing going on...FOR GOD'S SAKE ...UK is also involved with Americans..they are helping them tooo about the terrorist problem...
P.S: England is my favourite nation the in the worldcup along with Spain AND OTHERS...so what i'm trying to say is please don't insult or post anything if you really don't know much about it..that is not a good sign or an impression....that really signifies that you hate them or something, so if you want to post anything like this, u can write a letter to george bush himself personally. cause you know just because he is the president , the whole country gets the INSULT...

Wow. You are a very angry person. Have a drink and a hot bath maybe and calm down a little bit, cup of tea, glass of wine...You sound like you could get a job easily with M. Bush...You get my vote for "The Most Bitter Person". What else are you angry about?? This is a very bizarre question indeed. I am an American and do not condone what is going on but you sound no better than those you accuse...think about it.

Theyre already out of this world cup my friend!. As far as your comments are concerned that they should be banned..well, this is sports. They shouldnt be.All teams should be allowed to participate as politics shouldnt be an integral part of sports.Unfourtunately it comes hand-in-hand with politics.Look at Iran. Their outspoken President wanted to go to Germany to watch and support them.I dont think he did after all correct me if I'm wrong?. But in his case someone in these forums asked us whether 'he' should be allowed to enter Germany especially after what he said about the Holocaust never happening! I was amongst those who answered " Yes " he should be allowed to go to Germany because in my opinion sports should never mix with politics. A bad mixture!!.By allowing him to go like everyone else will only show that Germany and the world treat this event as a meeting place of all cultures, religion and country no matter what their political leaders say. This should be one of the few places where the 'world' can meet together in harmony and promote peace, friendship as one global community.

No!

This is sport - the game is a combined effort and merits of the Players so let them revel in the glory. This is the only time that the US of A can try and prove to the world that it has balls to face an opponent - when the playing fields are levelled!!
For once, lets leave the "Fcuked Up" politicians out of this.

NO I think that's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! The entire point of the World Cup is meant to unify everyone with good sportsmanship and pride just like the Olympics. Politics has nothing to do with soccer or any sports and that's the way it should be. Sports is the worlds escape from all that BS and for you to bring down any country for their politics in regards to allowing them to compete is naive. The players and fans have nothing to do with those politics. We are all just people who love the game and its as simple as that! Why make things more complicated if its not necessary.
