Seinfeld. The show is the wittiest of all time. Cheers is up there as well.
Will and Grace and Friends were good sit-coms because the characters were so engaging but Seinfeld had that and the great, original writing on top of that.

Seinfeld, is classic. It is like Lucy, you can watch it in 10 years later and the jokes are still funny.
Seinfeld is uniquely american in exicution, the humor ranges from the sublte details of everyday life to just funny ****.
Will and Grace...is good but the show should really be called JACK AND KARen so it loses.
Friends...They went to a hooty and the blowfish concert..they lose.

Seinfeld is by far the best. Will & Grace can just get old (enough gay jokes already!) and Friends is just annoying sometimes.
I still watch Seinfeld nearly everyday! :-)
