Louisiana: It's a tie on who is the more inept: Blanco (governor) or Bush. Bush isn't sweating a re-election; Blanco pretty much has ruined her chances for such.

Not at all, States have rights and a bit of sovereignty as well. They need to keep that in mind when their representatives are feeding at the pork trough.

He can advise but they don't have to follow his advice. His ratings are so low, the gov. would have to be a fool to listen to him.
