What is the average length of a boy's genital at the age of 14?
I want to know if I am functioning correctly.

Well, since all guys start puberty at a different age, it's different for everyone.
I don't think there's a "correct size" for a penis.
BTW and the person who wrote before me is just being stupid, 12 inches is WAY too long
i'd say at full lenght about 5 inches?

I was 9 inches and kept growing til I was 16, but I weighed 50 kilograms, and had a family history of huge organs, but was considered to white to play on the school chess team.
In other words, you get what you get. You can't change your functions. If you are large and come from a family with that sort of history, you may just be large too.

Mine was about 2-3 inches soft and about 6 erect
