A hot dog has a weiner (beef, chicken, pork, or vegetable) inside a bun made of bread, and whatever else you decide to put on (like ketchup, relish, mustard, cucumbers, etc). Different hot dogs often have different ingredients for the weiner (e.g. a beef weiner or a pork weiner), so if you're worried about what's inside, ask about it.
By the way, why is this question in the make-up section?

There are rumors that there are fillers in hot dogs like paper and rats that fall in during proccessing. No one knows what goes in there, but you can be sure it is not the best quality meat on the market no matter how healthy it looks.
