It defines and finances the monetary system in the United States and it defines and finances the military. It defines the social contract between the citizens and the bureaus, agencies and cabinets of the United States for all citizens of the United States, wholly. It evaluates and audits each state to protect each and every citizen of the state and of the nation.
It protects basic rights and freedoms of all its citizens.
It does everything to maintain the whole wealth and privilege of every citizen of the United States that is outlined in the Constitution. Anything that the Constitution says is the jurisdiction of the Federal Government.
If it is not outlined in the Constitution, it is the jurisdiction of each individual state.
