I think she has an awesome voice!! It is totally unique. I love a lot of her songs. yes even the Spanish ones that i can't understand a word of.

Her voice is amazing! I don't get the problem with people complaining about it. Yes she sounds like a mountain goat at times but I do think her vocals match what she's doing. Shakira is amazing

Her voice, when she sings in Spanish, is beautiful. English is a very hard and choppy language, not at all like the romantic languages. You can tell the difference in her voice, maybe she just has a harder time with English? The "Donde Estan los Ladrones" album is her best, I think so anyway; I recommend it.

I like her voice a lot...but I dont like it when it gets really strong. Like on the song "No" there's a part that her voice gets all strong and that's what I dont like about it.
Other than that, amazzzing voice.
Although the whole strong voice thing, really makes her stand out.

she croaks like a frog ,and so does Rod Steward and they are both excellent singing artists.
who can do miracles with what at first appears to be a bad voice,making it melodious and sound dead right

I actually like Shakira a lot, and I am in my 50's...
You would think I am too old to enjoy her kind of music, but I do like her and her music...
She looks fabulous too...
I envy her looks, her hair and her shape...

I think she's more looks and dance than voice talent...
