that depends what anti virus program it is.

you probably have to setup the anti virus/firewall program to allow activex, java ,flash(that's if you have java if not go to the link below) or enable flash you can do most of this in control panel (just remember to switch to classic view to find it if you have XP) Internet settings in the security tab trusted sites just add the address in trusted sites or if that is too hard for you lower the security level on the Internet to medium or customize it if that doesn't help Instant message me mrbullet2000

if your anit virus blocks popups, then u might have to change this setting to let popups through while your playing
