does anyone else rent things from a rental company like e-z rentals?

Question

if you knew you were late on paying the payment and you knew you would have money either tomorrow or tuesday would you hold the item hostage?
I have paid i don't know how much on my computer and i haven't paid cause my husband got laid off from work and he should be getting his check either monday or tuesday so what would you do?

What can they do to you if you don't pay in a certain amount of time?
Have you rented anything and you were late? what did they do to you?

i too am in a rent to own contract and your best bet is to call them and tell them what is going on when u expect money to come in they most likely will charge u a late fee depending on how late u are the rental company that i go through moved the payment back another month witch means i don't have to pay any thing that month just made it were i owned them a month longer then when it should have been paid off

I rented a big screen tv up until last week. When I was late they would just call like every fifteen minutes wanting to know when I was coming in. They even called my husband at work, not cool. Any way, I got fed up with all the calls and had them come pick it up. You know what else is strange? It took them two weeks to pick it up! So, I called them everyday for two weeks to come get it.
