Well, let me start by saying YES! It gets your heart rate up, gets your mojo going, and actually those that don't are at a higher risk of colon cancer. You should ejac at least once a week, one way or another 3 - 5 times a week HAS to work for me. My wife is usually the one making something happen, but if things don't go right I have to handle it. Trust me, that is one of those rare but awesome things in life where what feels good to you is actually good for you. Enjoy it, I doubt you will find anything else in life that way other than if you actually like to eat veggies.

• Masturbation is not bad for your health. It won’t make you go blind, insane, or bald, give you spots, stunt your growth, or turn you into a pervert.
• Masturbation can be good for you as it helps relieve stress. It also causes your body to release endorphins (pleasure hormones) which make you more chilled-out.

In other words, does it promote health? Or does it damage your health?
There are no known health risks, but it does not make you a healthier person either.
