depends on whether or not its a boys or girls slumber party. if its guys party the old hand in a bowl of warm water trick is a good one along with the hand full of shaving cream and feather , if its a girls slumber party the old bra or panties in the freezer trick is funny as well.

My oldest daughter had a large circle of friends. They generally had (8 man) tent sleepovers with about 12-14 girls. This was when the girls were really sensitive about anyone seeing or touching their bras and undies. One particular girl thought she was smarter, prettier, you know the kind... Well, they taught her a lesson by putting her bra in the freezer and then presenting it to her later. She got the hint. When the group of friends lost someone to moving, she was always one of the ones there for the new girl to help her fit in.

Grab two flashlights. Hold one in each hand. Turn them on, aim them at the sleeping person, and start running towards them. Yell "TRUUUUUUUUCK!!!!" and have another person hit them with a pillow or something. If they're disoriented enough, they'll think they've just been hit by a truck.

when they areasleep deeply you take some whipped cream and put it into their hand and then you stand over them and with a hot dog "cold" in your handand then you slap them back and forth on their face and at that point you cant help but to laugh so hard and make sure your accompanied by a friend or two early bird gets the worm try it youll love it

Go up to their ear, when they're sleeping, and make the noise of a very LOUD alarm clock going off...scares the crap out of them all the time..Or say their name really loud and tell them they have to leave now ((smile))

draw faces on them with a marker, stick their hand in really warm water,shaving cream in their hand and tickle their nose with a feather, use your imagination

there's too many to post, best one's are giving them a hitler or if their in a room stack a million cans on top of each other in front of their shut door so when they open it a buncha cans fall on 'em. or put syran wrap on the toilet and open doorways.
