self confidence is a good thing. I think a hair cut and some nice clothes would be good for you. A new outfit always makes you feel better and the hair cut would help you look more updated. Keep it simple though and be your self. Don't change because someone asked you to. DO it only if your feeling the need for it.

I would start with a sandblaster. if that doesn't work try a flamethrower.
