Website help?

Can someone help me find why M$ internet Explorer does not show this website properly? I works very well with FireFox. I think its something wrong with my

tags. I have a lot of people with M$ IE visiting the site and it looks like junk without FireFox.

the background images are out of alignment

I think I got it to work now. Does it look right? Do you get rounded corners on your browser? I have to hack IE to get the transparent pngs to show up correctly.

looks good here on my IE version 6 from 2004 - course i didn't run the projector, but the site looks fine to me.
