There's this japanese show called Crayon Shin Chan.
Well, the star of the show, a kid, takes off his pants, and shows his thing to his classmates. And the viewers.
It's a cartoon, though.

R U sure it's a kids' cartoon? Just because it's animated doesn't mean it's for kids, but i've never heard of this show.

Quite obviously, it's not a show for *young* children. Just because it's animated doesn't make it so! A lot of anime is geared towards teens and adults.
