A piece of advice I'd give to a 13 year old girl would have to be that when you get into a certain grade, it can be tough but try getting through it. Rumors can spread fast about you. Just Ignore them because if their about you, then you know their not about you. Try making trustworthy friends and don't steal or drink at parties. Even if your best friend dares you to do it. Then that friend isn't a good friend. Just Ditch that friend and make a new one. Don't smoke because it doesn't make you look cool or nothing. Just do whats best for you and you can make it through. Thats the advice I'd give to a 13 year old girl.

1. Do well in school. No matter what, do well in school. It will kill you in a couple of years to realize you didnt do so well in 9th or 10th grade math when you maybe should have. Study. Study and take challenging courses, if possible.

2. Be yourself. 13 is a difficult age. Friends, parents, everything can be annoying at some point. Be yourself all the time and dont compromise your ideals.

3. Have Fun. :)

this kinda caught my attention, mainly bc i'm a 13 year old girl. lol. well i'll tell you what i want to be when i grow up and go to college. i want to be an author! i love writing so much! but i don't necessarily like school. hehe. i'm writing a story right now, and no it isn't like a girly little story as you might think, but a story about a 14 year old boy that lost his parents in a car accident. i sent it out by email to all my friends and they read it along with their parents and everyone said it was really good! i wish i could send it to you bc i know that you are sitting there thinking that it is no good and that everybody just said it was good bc they didn't want to hurt my feeling, but seriously it is really good!

hey could you email me? my email is: duncandog21@yahoo.com

i would really apreciate it!

Be yourself and march to your own drummer. Don't do things because your friends do them. Study in school and make something of yourself. Don't settle for a minimum wage job when if you applied yourself in school could be a CEO of a company or even President of your own company. Dare to do what is right, not to do things to be part of a group. In the long run it isn't worth it.

your freshmen year will be hard. push through. DO NOT give in to peer pressure, there is ALOT of it. become good freinds with your high school registrar and counselor. they will help you on your path to college. be in as many clubs and organizations as possible, colleges love it. and always strive to jump over the bar, not just to hit it.
