does Paul Heyman (or i should say Hyman) have the authority to declare the winner?

yeah he had authority.. he's the creator of ecw.. and that night was ecw one night stand... its his... dont worry theres a scheduled match between cena and edge on vengeance maybe its for the new raw champ.. but actaulaly i doubt taht cena would pick the win no matter how i view the match.... cena's time is over... destiny is calling for randy!

but seeing both randya nd cena as tag champs would be great too.. they're real life best friends... they will bring a huge impact on raw... but i also doubt it will last.. since i know randy will ot seat for too long before he wanted to take the gold to anybody...
