Honey, if the worse you get is pregnant, then you're lucky. There are so many sick diseases flying around. Just imagine treating a herpes outbreak for the rest of your life. Or having to tell a potential boyfriend that you have genital warts. Or worse yet, dying from AIDS. Just make sure that you are checked for EVERYTHING before you are with anybody else. Or better yet, wait until you find somebody really really special and are married before you have sex. A woman only has an 85% chance of getting pregnant on her most fertile days. If you're sure that you weren't fertile when you had sex, then don't worry so much about a potential pregnancy and worry about the diseases floating around inside of you. And don't get drunk anymore unless you have a sober friend to watch out for you.

Anytime you have unprotected sex you risk getting pregnant. Just the fact that he had skin to skin contact with you, you are susceptible to STD's. So either way I would get checked. Considering the fact that it wasn't to long ago it may be to early to take a pregnancy test. I would call your doctor and ask him what to do.
Also, one thing, if you do end up pregnant I would highly encourage you to NOT have an abortion. There are so many things that women do not know about it, and it can really damage your body, and put your fetus in alot of pain.
I have had people misinterperate what I was saying. I AM AGAINST ABORTION BECAUSE THERE IS EVIDENCE IN PLENTY OF TEXT BOOKS THAT I HAVE READ IN MY ANATOMY CLASSES AND AFTER TALKING WITH DOCTORS THAT BABIES DO FEEL PAIN, AND THIS OCCURS BEFORE 10 WKS OF AGE.

You're gonna have to wait adn see if you period comes or not. Wait another week. I use to get paranoid like that too, from birth control failing or someting b/c my periods started a week late. So I bought a preg test, negative, and then started my period the following day. Always damn works that way. Usually the stress and anxiety makes the period come late. I think you're just gonna have to wait and see if it comes. If 2 weeks go by adn still nothing, go to dr for preg test or buy one.

the morning after pill can only be taken up to 72 hours after having unprotected sex but i do not know how you obtain it.
You could have a blood test done....A blood test will show you are pregnant 6 days after conception.
No days are safe....You can get pregnant at anytime....
Maybe you are not pregnant....just dont worry so much cause stress will make your period late.

the chances are extremely low, pre ejaculatory fluid is possible to pregnate a woman, but the acid in the vaginal fluid will kill it alot easier then semen, any fluid that made it through will most probably die before getting to an egg, and there is barely any chance of it getting into the egg, but consult your doctor anyway

Assuming that you're female then the chances of you being pregnant are 50/50. There is no third possibility.
That was the original question, yes?

The chances are high.
Go to a clinic like Planned Parenthood who can treat you for free.
