Are the kids these days that brainwashed?

There are kids (and adults as well as near adults) watching them in different time zones all over the country if not the world.

Cartoons are on 24hrs a day, because the parents pay the cable bill. Let's just be frank about it... some parents would rather have their kids be quiet and "manageable" in front of the TV 24hrs a day then to have to deal with actual parenting. The cable companies have done their demographic research on this one and are selling an aninimated baby sitter to their clients. They know that their clients (some parents) consider this to be a benefit and are trying to retain market share over their satellite competitors.
I'm a marketer and that's the way the media around you works. Sorry... but it's true.

cause kids like me (i'm not a kid though) like to watch them 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. u'r right were brainwashed. my best friend is MadHatter and I'm the Chessire cat from Alice in wonderland!!!!!!! U got anything wrong with that?

It"s not only for kids alot of grownups watch them too,not me, but grown men!!But thank god they are when my daughter is sick and running a fever I give her some Tylenol and put on some cartoons and she goes to sleep!She gets hysterical and crying and the cartoons will mellow her out!

It is the adults that are looking for something from their youth. It helps when you need something simple and mindless to watch. And they are better than the garbage the networks put on these days.
