What state are u from? in oklahoma theres a store called debs and they always have sales there im not sure where theres anymore at just look it up on the web ive bought lots of summer dresses there,they where like 5-10 dollars no more than that there cute and cheap.i found my graduration dress there.also try Rave store there always in the mall too they got those everywhere and if ur not familiar with those. Ross is ur best bet.

Windsor has some great dresses, a lot of them are on the cheap side, Deb has a few (it's kind of hit or miss), and I really love the dresses at XXI or Forever 21(same company, different stores).

Go to Ross stores my cousin bought a prom dress their for $20. The dresses their a cheap and beautiful.

smartbargains.com, they have so many cute dresses and they are really cheap you just have to know what looks good on you because you obviously cannot try things on, I've bought a lot of stuff from this website and I am always pleased. Hope I helped!

Usually Ross, Marshalls, or TJ Maxx have good things for low prices. Also take advantage of when Jc Penny's or Macy's is having a sale.
