I don't think she can speak it fluently, but she knows enough to use it in her songs like Ojos Asi (my personal favorite, by the way).

if u know the song this verse I guess is arabic..

i dont know what it means u can ask someone to translate that.
in her donde estan los ladrones album the lyrics of that part is written in a different symbol.certainly not the alphabet so my theory would be that it is arabic...
I dont know if she is good in arabic but atleast she does speak ryt..?
