There are none that do so. However if you only need an address or phone number within the USA then I suggest:

You can download a thing called Google Earth and that will work if you know at least the persons name and what state they live in. It works really good. It is like a satellite thing.

Infospace.com is a good site as well, if you have all the other info, it will usually list an address. You can check it out.

go to google and type in free people finder or searcher, just type different stuff like that and you should find what you are looking for

if you go to yahoo local you just type in the zip code and the other imformation you know hope i helped some.
