you can get it back from tresh folder(deleted folder), if you had already deleted them from tresh also, and you question is that you lost (delete) form web browser, then you can not recover it,
and if you are using ms outlook or any thiry party software for send and recieveing email you can still recover your email,
they are many recovery software avaiable on internet or free demo download, for examlple you can download a smale software name easy recovry or professional recovery, from www.download.com, it may an hour to recover you files, and it does works easily and good.

If you have not emptied your Trash folder, please look into the Trash folder.
If its not available in trash folder, then you cannot retrieve the mails unless you have installed any third-party application earlier which can recover the deleted mails.

You could revert back to an earlier saved version of windows if you have that service enabled in your system settings.

you just go to your trash folder on your email and then look for it! is that so hard to do? lol.
