when a man decided not to have any more kids, the man can go for a vasectomy. if its medical reason that causes both the testicles to be removed or is impotent then can go for sterile. a heavy hard impact to the testicles or pro long injury can also cause the man to be impotent and its as good as sterile.however vasectomy is sterile fastest method.
