Yes Bush is in a tough situation but the majority of it is his own doing Yet hr tries to blame every one but his own self The sooner he his out of office the better . He has run up the national debt higher than all the presidents prior to him combined. as A WORLD LEADER HE IS A FAILURE He only hears what he wants to and will not admit that he is totally wrong on many things Ignores the true facts about the war in Iraq because it does not fit what he wants to hear He has single handedly turned the majority of our allies against us . And yet the few supporter he has left think he it the greatest thing to come along since sliced bread. How sad it is that they are so blinded by all of the B.S. that spews out of his mouth

No. Just to record a couple of causes, and in no special order, George W. Bush and his management: - Inherited an economic system that was once buoyant, and lead it into recession - Approved tax-cuts the country might now not manage to pay for - Ordered an assault at the chief of an extra country centered on revenge - Lead America into an pointless global conflict (WWIII) - Proudly claimed 'Mission Accomplished' whilst it absolutely was once now not - Failed miserably in keeping with the devastation of New Orleans from Hurricane Katrina - Diverted the concentration of the country AWAY from taking pictures the sector's so much desired crook (and household acquaintance!) - Overstretched America's Armed Forces past the talents of country wide defence - Ignored and alienated The United Nations and global leaders - Indirectly contributed to the downfall of Great Britain's and Australia's Prime Ministers

President George W. Bush’s positive personal attributes do not negate his excessive failures in performing the duties of his office. I think he's got great family values, but the man won't listen to anything but what he wants to hear. That's dangerous. Plus, he LIED to the American public and the world--WMDs. Those lies caused a war on false pretenses which have cost many lives on all sides. I can't wait until his term is up, but until then, I'll pray for him. God is about the only one who can get through to Dubya now because the people around him and the public sure can't.

George Bush is not my favorite President. He doesn't present himself in a professional way. Although I agree that we had to pursue terrorist I feel he has not done enough or anything, for that matter, for the citizens of the United States. Although his PR people say the economy is fine, I know, by my own experience that it is not. He panders to the rightest members of his party without regard for the health and well being of the people of the United States. Good for him that he could not run for a third term.

I think George Bush totally knows what he is doing, and if he had died and been brought back to life, I would say he was the anti-christ. But guess not. Just someone who has increased the debt of the american people, opened the borders to allow all our factories to go overseas, and now is trying to keep them closed to immigrants. Go figure.

Sure, hes in a tough situation - but so are a lot of people, many of which DO THE RIGHT THING. There is no excuse for the behaviour of his administration. He may very well be bullied into some decisions, but if I was in his position and I was pressured into morally wrong acts, I would stand up to it, and failing that, quit.

Facts stand alone, on their own merit.
It is sometimes called truth.
Stretching the truth,
Is called lying.
Sometimes we do not listen to the truth,
because we don't want to hear it,
Interesting Facts that make you think a little:
There were 39 combat related killings in Iraq in January.
In the fair city of Detroit there were 35 murders in the
month of January. That's just one American city,
about as deadly as the entire war-torn country of Iraq.
When some claim that President Bush shouldn't
have started this war, note the following:
a. FDR led us into World War II.
b. Germany never attacked us; Japan did.
From 1941-1945, 450,000 lives were lost ...
an average of 112,500 per year .
c. Truman finished that war and started one in Korea.
North Korea never attacked us
From 1950-1953, 55,000 lives were lost .
an average of 18,334 per year.
d. John F. Kennedy started the Vietnam conflict in 1962.
Vietnam never attacked us
e. Johnson turned Vietnam into a quagmire.
From 1965-1975, 58,000 lives were lost ..
an average of 5,800 per year.
f. Clinton went to war in Bosnia without UN or French consent.
Bosnia never attacked us.
He was offered Osama bin Laden's head on a platter three times by Sudan and did nothing. Osama has attacked us on multiple occasions.
g. In the years since terrorists attacked us, President Bush has liberated two countries, crushed the Taliban, crippled al-Qaida, put nuclear inspectors in Libya , Iran, and North Korea without firing a shot, and captured a terrorist who slaughtered 300,000 of his own people.
The Democrats are complaining
about how long the war is taking.
But
It took less time to take Iraq than it took Janet Reno
to take the Branch Davidian compound. That was a 51-day operation.
We've been looking for evidence for chemical weapons in Iraq fo r less time than it took Hillary Clinton to find the Rose Law Firm billing records.
It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the
Marines to destroy the Medina Republican Guard
than it took Ted Kennedy to call the police after his
Oldsmobile sank at Chappaquiddick
It took less time to take Iraq than it took
to count the votes in Florida!!!!
Our Commander-In-Chief is doing a GREAT JOB!
The Military morale is high!
The biased media hopes we are too ignorant
to realize the facts.
But Wait. There's more!
JOHN GLENN (ON THE SENATE FLOOR)
Mon, 26 Jan 2004 11:13
Some people still don't understand why military personnel do what they do for a living. This exchange between Senators John Glenn and Senator Howard Metzenbaum is worth reading. Not only is it a pretty impressive impromptu speech, but it's also a good example of one man's explanation of why men and women in the armed services do what they do for a living.
This IS a typical, though sad, example of what
some who have never served think of the military.
Senator Metzenbaum (speaking to Senator Glenn):
"How can you run for Senate when you've never held a real job?"
Senator Glenn (D-Ohio):
"I served 23 years in the United States Marine Corps.
I served through two wars. I flew 149 missions.
My plane was hit by anti-aircraft fire on 12 different
occasions. I was in the space program. It wasn't my checkbook, Howard, it was my life on the line. It was not a nine-to-five job, where I took my tie off to take the daily cash receipts to the bank."
"I ask you to go with me ... as I went the other day...
to a veterans' hospital and look those men ..
with their mangled bodies in the eye, and tell THEM
they didn't hold a job!
You go with me to the Space Program at NASA and go, as I have gone, to the widows and orphans
of Ed White, Gus Grissom , and Roger Chaffee...
and you look those kids in the eye and tell them
that their DADS didn't hold a job.
You go with me on Memorial Day , and you stand in Arlington National Cemetery, where I have more friends buried than I'd like to remember, and you watch those waving flags
You stand there, and you think about this nation, and you tell ME that those people didn't have a job?
What about you?"
For those who don't remember ..
During W.W.II, Howard Metzenbaum was an attorney representing the Communist Party in the USA.
Now he's a Senator!
If you can read this, thank a teacher.
If you are reading it in English thank a Veteran.
It might not be a bad idea to keep this circulating.
Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

glad you put Lord and God in there a few times....Lord knows we need Him.....Dubba is clueless.....he is a puppet for God only knows who.....and he hasn't won an election outright in his life. his only claim to fame is his daddy was president and his mommy ran the country for awhile......
yes, we should respect the Presidency, but the government should also respect the voting process and count 'em up correctly. give me someone to respect, and you'll have it.
