Any time you get little pills on clothing, the shaver mentioned previously is the best means of getting rid.
Don't rewash it, it may just get worse. The little shavers are easily found at Sears or one of the larger stores like Wal Mart.
They work like a charm.

Wash the shirts again alone, and dry them a couple of times in the dryer.

what you have on your shirt are "pills" you can pretty much pick them off, or, they have these things at most stores near the laundry soap that can suck the pills off like a lent roller, but its more like a hand held vacuum. Thats incase you dont want to risk ruining your shirt with a razor.

Put it through a rinse cycle with cold water. Then put it in the dryer again. The lint should come off in the dryer.

hand wash your polo with a good detergent. use a soft nylon wire mesh to scrub your shirt. dont overdo it. rinse in free flowing water and you should get rid of the mess.

put it in the dryer with a damp cloth!! or even a paper towel as long as it is wet...
