the card game of WAR when a person puts down their LAST card and it TIES with the other persons card who wins?

is it a tie or does the person just lose since they don't have any cards to declare war with?

If they have absolutely no more cards left, then they loose. The other person has the advantage because they have all the cards...

if the last two cards arew a tie then u have to shuffle the deck and put down 4 cards a piece and the high one wins. and then the game is over.

if you are both PLAYING YOUR LAST CARD and it is a tie, shuffle the cards you have won and deal out a war hand( 4 cards)and that should determine a winner at that point.
