My fiance is a Lube Technician and has HORRIBLE hours and even crappier pay! The only time I see him is when he is sleep and vice cersa. He has done Monster, CareerBuilder, Hot Jobs, LA Times. You name it, he's tried it. Does anyone have something he can do? He is a hard worker!!!

check newspaper ads, local Craigslist.com, walk in applications at applicable businesses, temp or recruiting agencies, he can check with local unemployment office (even if not unemployed currently) to find if he can view postings, and check Department of Labor website for your state for more information or local links.
