I apologize in advance for not being 25 and still answering this question. With that out of the way...
A career woman should never be a problem. However, when a baby comes into the picture BOTH parents need to change their lives to accomodate him/her. A child needs the love, support and TIME of both parents, especially the mother. This isn't to say the father can just stay out all night drinking beer while his wife is breastfeeding at 3 am, but in my opinion a child needs the nurturing love that only a mother can provide. In my mind, I can't imagine very many careers that allow a woman to do this and work full time. A child isn't a hobby you take care of after work, it's a full time commitment for at least 10 or so years. Then you have a little more freedom and time for yourself but it honestly never ends. I would never consider marrying a woman who didn't take that commitment seriously with all her heart. And any man would in turn have to be there for her and the baby 100% as well.

I want women with career, and want kid. I would stay away from any women who doesn't want baby or cannot have a one. I don't care if she has a career like Hilary Clinton or Marhta Stewarth.

Personally, I think that the whole stay at home thing is a 1950's kind of thing. Two incomes are better than one, plus if I were to get laid off or anything, I know that she has my back.

I think tis different for different men. I personally do not want kids as I see them as a WAY overrated of happiness, and they cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to raise. So it all depends on the guy.
