Are you referring to the actual type clothes, or what is best with the weather.
July is the hottest month in Orlando and it will be really warm. Also, especially around the 4th, it is packed, so it can make it seem even hotter.
The best thing to do is bring lite clothing. You will want to avoid heavy, dark colored clothing. Whites and pastels work well, if you have a button-up shirt that is cool, that is a good idea. It is also a good idea to cover up as much skin as possible to avoid from burning and be sure to wear sunscreen.

Hot, and humid, and with the moisture in the air, it makes it even worse (hair is almost impossible to deal with, just a heads up). It is rainy, usually starting some time in the afternoon and lasts anywhere between an hour to the rest of the night. Pack light colored clothes (so it won't attract as much heat), and loose light (fabric) clothes so you're body as room to "breathe". July is one of the busiest tourist seasons in Orlando, so expect the crowds and delays, (and many cops, especially since you're going to be here during the holiday). And most importantly, keep hydrated, too many tourists pass out and get sick, from net drinking enough fluids and becoming dehydrated.
Good Luck, and have fun!

All the above answers are right Hot & Humid during the day but it cools down at night, there will be long waits in the park and the roads will be crowded, drink lots of water if outside, try to wear a hat and avoid long exposure to the Sun even with tanning lotion you will get burned, dont go sleveless, but it will all be worth it, O town is a blast. Have fun and be safe.

It's very humid. Usually there is a good storm every day around 4pm and already there is a tropical storm heading towards central Florida. Take light clothing. Drink lots of water, its easy to dehydrate there because you will be sweating a lot.

Hot and humid. It will most likely rain almost every day (usually in the late afternoon/evening), but the rain should not last very long unless a hurricane/tropical storm moves through.
Hope this helps!

very very hot during the day with showers in the late afternoon. Plenty of shorts & tank tips and you'll drink more water than you ever have before. Be prepered for mid-90's temps.
