If the scholarship is for a particular school - contact the school. If it is for a school of their choice, an accountant or lawyer could help you best.

I searched Yahoo for set up memorial scholarship and got lots of links, including this one: http://experts.about.com/q/Funerals-1739/memorial-scholarship.htm

You can contact the "Foundation" at the school where you want to set up the scholarship.

If the scholarship is for a university or college, the foundation's name will usually be same as the school, ie: University of Buffalo Foundation; University of Tennessee Foundation; Hollins College Foundation, etc.

You can also visit the school's website (www.ut.edu www.hollins.edu , etc) and search under "giving".

The Foundation will work out the details on how you will contribute, what the rules will be for the scholarship, who qualifies, etc.
