Sorry...my psychic powers aren't working today...

You ovulate about 2 weeks (usually 12-16 days) before your *next* period. So, if you have 32 day cycles, you would probably ovulate between 27 June and 1 July. If you have irregular periods ranging from 26 days to 36, though, you will probably ovulate between 21 June and 5 July.

But this isn't really helpful. You need to know specifically, not averages. To figure out how *your* body works, please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It has lots of detailed information that will help you determine your own cycle.

Please ignore all the "ovulation calendar" Web sites. They work on averages only. They assume you will ovulate 14 days before your period. So even if you are normal, it can be off by 2 days in either direction! Ovulation predictor kits have their own problems. The book will tell you how to detect signs that you are ovulating and have already ovulated, rather than relying on "averages".

How long are your cycles usually? If they are 28 then you should ovulate between the 22nd and the 26th. chart below. You have to know the length of your cycles because to determine more exactly when you will ovulate, you need to go to the day of your next period due and count back 12-16 days. that is your luteal phase (after ovulation-next period) Every womans luteal phase basically remains the same. Woman who say that their period was late, usually dont realize that their period was on time if they count this way. But ovulation was late which is easily effected by stress, lask of sleep etc.
28d- between 22nd-26th
29d-between 23rd-27th
30d0between 24th-28th etc..

Most people ovulate 12 to 14 days from the first of thier period. The best way to tell if your ovulating is to watch your body for signs.

go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.

ok say you have a 28 day cycle you will be fertile on 22nd to the 26th of june and ovulate on june 25th.

In july you will be fertile onthe 20th through the 24th and ovulate on july 24th.

I done the above from that website. Good luck
