I just took the GRE in Feb. and I found the most helpful study guide was "The GRE for Dummys". It had some humor to it, so it was much easier then Barrons, which is just very dry straight facts. Also, it came with several practive tests that helped out quite a bit.

Good luck!

Princeton Review was my choice. I liked it. I also had Barron's, but I didn't think it was quite as close to the actual test as Princeton's.

Check ebay and half.com for GRE books- you can get some amazing deals. Make sure to get books at 2004 or newer.

Princeton Review is the best for the GRE in my experience. Just study the Hit Parade and review your VERY basic math.

My scores were 650 verbal, 720 math.

I didn't take any GRE subject tests, sorry!

Princeton Review was a huge waste of time... I had a serious improvement with Kaplan. They also have resources for subject tests. Best money you'll ever invest into your education.
