Try to relax, and write a letter to that person. Write whatever you feel, but just don't send the letter tto the person.

Please seek help. I cannot understand why so many women want to attack and hurt other women. A very close person was beat to death by her other girlfriends--I don;t understand. Anger is not always a bad thing, but if it makes you feel like destroying things, or killing people then maybe you need a strong person to help you see what you are really afraid of. Think about what it was that made you angry. Is it something you don't understand? Is is something you are afraid of? Or is it just that person? You are a good person. Let it go.

Sounds like you did good to have five years between out breaks. Good for you! ...that is a positive thing. Negative emotions do bring out some sort of fear and fear means...
False
Emotions
Appear
Real
If you train yourself to realize that these strong negative emotions are sparked by fear then you'll be able to investigate and identify the fear. Once you have figured out what the fear is then you'll be able to function/control better. Best wishes to you dear.

talking about it with someone else is a good start...well done. not everyone has enough insight to know or express how they feel inside, but you obviously have good insight. i recommend that you make an appointment to have a chat with a counsellor, psychologist, or psychiatrist to let out your inner feelings and to give you tools to deal with it in the future. well done for making a good start already in seeking help.
i commend you for that. all the best.

If you don't have one already start a journal. Write in it everyday, once a week go through it. Good days and bad days, keeping a journal will relieve some stress and believe me things don't look so bad after you write them down.

Hi R.
Anger is Fear and there are 3 kinds of Fear:
1. Fear of loosing something you have.
2. Fear of not getting something you want.
3. Fear of the unknown.
We choose our reactions. So ask yourself honestly, in that moment, "What was I afraid of?"

Why are you allowing this person to have power over you? By letting your anger overtake you, you are giving that person control over your emotions.
Let it go. No one is worth giving power and control over yourself to.
