you see "fragile, do not drop" on alot of stuff. it makes me think about how droping is usually unintentional.
so don't you think there should be one word for "intentional dropping" and one for "unintentional droping"?
what do you think?
if you agree that there should be 2 seperate words what do you think it should be? (make your own fun word for intentional dropping)

Hmm, I think "handle with care" is common. A new word ? What fun! How about "crash-bang-kablonking" as in "Do not subject this package to crash-bang-kablonking just to see if something is fragile inside, and thank you for your co-operation even though only God is watching" ? How's that? Have a happy day.

Intentional dropping - aka spiking, throwing, tossing, slamming and deep sixing. Nope, no need for an unintentional dropping word, besides oops.

Unintentional (like my mother says): "Fragile: Be Careful"
Intentional: "Fragile: Do NOT slam-dunk"

Since we often use words that are basically the sound of what we are describing like dog's bark or cat's meow, how about:

KABOOM for unintentionally dropping. The packages could read "NO KABOOM". Pretty straight forward, no need for international translation.

FRAGILE= GO FEDEX
accidentally on purpose opened, dropped, ripped or broken = USPS
accidental hole somewhere on the box but contents arrive in great shape =UPS

I use USPS for personal use. The other two I use for business quite often.
