how do I delay a music video from (autoplay)?

I need to delay a video on myspace by 3min 10 sec.

You cannot delay it for a specific amount of time, you must just change the code in there to say autoplay='false' instead of 'true' and then people will have to start the music video whenever they want to by clicking play on the controls, ohyeah make sure to permit the controls to be shown.
