Use any "natural" toothpaste, not some kind of "gel," especially if it doesn't have any form of rat or mice killer like Sodium floride, like most popular brands do. Check them out! Then check out floride as a killer of rodents. Good old Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, and some salt, will probably do you the best service without any side effects. In any case, don't swallow any of the various ingredients; just brush, rinse, and spit it out! You'll be fine. And your teeth will be forever white--without any of the expensive whitners on the market or via your dentist either!

Tom's of Maine. I like the cinnamint best, but they also make a really good whitening gel toothpaste. It works wonders for being natural!

I use Colgate Total. I have used the toothpaste that Amway sells. Actually, I have not used it in about 6 years; so I do not know if they still sell it. However, it was the best that I have used.

JASON Natural brand. It's made of all natural, plant based ingredients. I use the Tea Tree kind. It's especially good for sensitive gums, because Tea Tree is soothing. You can get it at GNC.
