Absolutely not! Now they can get STDs though so protection should still be used but as for the original question men just do not have the equipment necessary to become pregnant. Men produce sperm in the testes which is used to fertilize an egg which is the womens contribution to the creation of life which implants in the womans uterus and is supported by a mix of hormones and nutrients only the woman can provide. No uterus no ovaries no baby.

Yes. They can get pregnant with each other's ideas, pregnant with each others desires. When gay men or lesbian women have sex there minds ae pregnant with luct and desire.

Pregnancy cannot occur without 2 key elements. Sperm from a male doner, and an egg from a female doner. If two men are having sex then you only have the sperm, but no egg present for the sperm to fertilize. Therefore, no pregnancy.
