Oh Jeez, Tonopah Nevada...

Did you try calling the county clerk: http://www.co.nye.nv.us/Clerk/clerkhp.html

I drove through that dusty town at 75 miles an hour, right when the highway speed limit dropped to about 25 or something. I got a ticket .

It is a hassle to drive to Tonopah from anywhere, there's not much out there except dirt and shrubs. In fact, the judge for that area covers at least 3 counties and is only physically in Tonopah one day each week.

Hope this helps!

AN ARREST MIGHT BE PUBLIC INFORMATION BUT ANYTHING MORE THAN THAT SURROUNDING A CASE IS NOT. WHAT YOU CAN TRY DOING IS GOING TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ASKING FOR THE POLICE REPORT ON THE ARREST. IF YOU WERE THE PERSON ARRESTED YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO THAT, BUT IF NOT IT MIGHT NOT BE THAT EASY.

you may want to check out the local newspapers.. some law agencies are required to puplically notify the public of all activites.. such as arrests.. and they are published in newspaper.
