What is your question trying to say? The latest technology for computer devices for input is clearly the Haptics World of Virtual Reality which is becoming more known at this time and age. Sooner or later we will have no monitor no devices attached, just as you see them in sci-fie movies.

For Storage, we have Holographic storage which has no cylindrical disks, just holographic images. Imagine no seek time or response:)

For output, there are multi-touch screens that you can touch with more than one thing at the time.. Apple patented it, so be aware of hte new millennium.
