There probably are. The war ended in 1918. Assuming many soldiers were 18 years old, if one of these were still alive today, they would be approx. 106 years old. Extremely rare to live that old, but not unheard of.

In 2001, the Department of Veterans Affairs estimated that in 2006, there would still be 265 living American veterans of World War I.

I hope someone provides a more definitive answer. And for you two girls who called the author of this question an idiot, I'd like to thank you for your research and insight into answering this excellent question. You two are truly gems in Yahoo Answers.

World War I ended in 1918, so even if the soldier joined up at the age 16, and he joined up near the end of the war, he would have to be at least 103 years old. While that is quite a ripe old age, it's not uncommon to see people 100+ years old (heck, they show them nearly every day on the morning network news shows).
Of the WW I vets still alive, they most likely number less than 50 or 60 world wide.

As several previous posters have pointed out, there are various (conflicting) lists of the number of surviving veterans of World War I.

One should note that almost all armies involved had personnel who were younger than 18. The British Navy, for example, allowed the enlistment of boys as young as 12 in the Navy.

Just as a side note, when I was a young man, there were still living veterans of the American Civil War.

There was a man whose obituary was on Yahoo! this week who fought for France during the Great War. He was like 109 or something like that. The article indicated that there were still six known French veterans of World War I that were living. I don't know if there are still any living American veterans, though.

There remain a few.

France recognized two new veterans in March bringing the total in that country to 7 at the time (now minus 1, I believe).

In 1990, according to the US Census, there were approximately 65,000 still surviving in the US. That number is now down to 20-30, but the US government doesn't track those beyond the handful who still receive disability benefits or pension compensation.

NB Those who make statements without research and background information may be described as retarded.

Many respondents are correct in saying there are World War I veterans still alive. I understand one, a British man, Henry Allingham, has just turned 110 years old.

I don't know, but get this. There is a civil war veteran's widow still alive. He was really old when they met and she was really young. NPR did a story how the last civil war veteran's widow died last year and some other family called up and said they were surprised to hear it since they knew one! I couldn't believe it! Mathematically it works.

There might be some. My great uncle, who died in his 90s was one. He was born in 1900. They would have to be over 100 years old. The veteran's administration would know. Some of them signed up at age 16 with parental approval.
