well...does he feel the same way? dont just up and say "I love you!" if u know he doesnt feel the same way. or if ur not sure how he feels, then just say u like him and see what happens. and it the age difference signifigant? and is he single? and would his sisters mind?

if you guys are around each other alot then look for hints, eye contact that he makes with you, if he pays attention to ur every word, if he flirts when u guys talk or hang out
if he does then go ahead and tell him you like him and what it is that you like about him
