well the best place to learn to blow glass is from someone who blows glass and needs an assistant or apprentice. Are you wanting to learn to make figurines or vases etc. I was taught how to make figurines by my dad. He used the weave method. It's not the most popular but looks better in the long run. Let me know if you find something.

Some college Art programs have it. A friend of mine took it at Cleveland State University a long time ago. Call your local university art departments and ask if they teach it or know where it is taught, locally and otherwise.
