I like young skin thats clean, no wrinkles and tight. My wife is almost 30 and looks older...but my neighbor is going to be 17 soon. Should I wait for her to turn 18 (she really likes me) and stay with my wife until then?

OKAY everyone is hating me...the thing is my wife does nothing to help her appearance...she never wears sunblock, creams, she sits in the sun to tan with no protection.
She doesnt wear a bra in the house, so her titties will sag soon.
She doesnt clean herself up or work out at all...she is very homely, she used to be sexy!

You should ask your wife what she thinks you should do. After all, it's her life that's being affected, too. Explain to her that you just didn't expect her to age and that it's nothing personal, but you just like the way teenage girls look better. I'm sure she'll understand and will probably give you her blessing.

Most men have an evolved predisposition to be more attracted to younger women because they are more likely to conceive than older women.
As far as your situation goes: yes your hot neighbor (neighbor's daughter, more like) is probably extremely f u c k able, but bear in mind, she may not be suitable/capable/interested in a long term relationship the way your wife is. So you may ditch your wife (and I love how easy you make the process sound, because she will take everything she can possibly get in the settlement if you dump her for a younger woman, especially if you don't wait for the divorce to be finalized before shtupping the embryo next door) and after all that find out that the young girl just wanted a fling and nothing more, and you'll be left alone.
Also, bear in mind that girls that age tend be fairly lousy in bed, partly because of inexperience, partly because she's not fully comfortable with herself yet, partly because frankly she just doesn't have to be that good, especially if she's a knockout. Your wife, on the other hand, no doubt has picked up a few tricks over the years that the 17 year old can't match.
I'd stick with your wife, chief. If she's letting herself go, mention it to her, as gently as possible. I know that violates the sacred rules of love and you're going to get all kinds of flack from both her and your friends over it: "What did you marry, a brain or a body?" Well, you married both, and if she's really letting herself go, then you do have a right to confront her about it. But even if you do and she won't make more of an effort, don't boff the neighbor. It's just a bad idea all around.

happen to have two girls. One is about 10 and the other 16. Anyways, I wont lie the 16 year old is sweet and cute.
My wife also cannot stand the fact that this girl lives right next door to us.

funny as hell. trade a 30 in for an 18, what a bargain. women are only as old as they look, men are only as old as they feel. the collagen starts to dry up in women as they get older. the fresh young look in younger women make them look more viable as mothers, that's why old bastards like them. women don't age as well as men do generally. especially if they smoke. if you don't wait till she is 18, you could end up in jail. which means you will be some mans gurlfriend. yeah go ahead and do your wife that favor, in another two years she will have less to offer and stands a greater chance of never getting married again. I don't necessarily think it's the young tight uh skin that attracts older men, I think it's the energy. younger women are full of energy and haven't been beaten down by life. it's not a womans fault but she had her heyday when she was young and made all the boys buy her gifts and she teased them and accepted the gifts knowing she was using them, life has a way of evening things out. you hear women cry about old men liking younger women but you never hear them admit to all the guys they used when they were sitting on a gold mine. paybacks are indeed hell. they should have treated men better when they had the chance.

That's very interesting that a person would base a relationship on skin. I got so use to seeing relationships being based on love, genuine concern and appreciation for who a person is on the inside, that I never thought of that. To think, that all this time, I thought the joy of sex was that I was with someone I could trust with my innermost intimate secrets. I wish I had known all this time that it was about skin.
