Just because a company is not listed with the BBB doesn't mean that they're a scam. The BBB is somewhat of an outdated institution that not many people (consumer or businesses) bother with anymore. It looks legitimate to me...and I don't see anyone claiming anything on the net about them being a rip off or anything. From experience, it takes a very very very long time to get student loan and scholarship stuff processed. I would stay on them pretty regularly to make sure they keep your application moving. Also, just a tip, do a little more research into a company before you give them some of your personal information. Good Luck with school!
