Foundation first, then use concealer on blemishes or undereye circles...whatever foundation doesn't cover, then set it with powder. Then blush...the amount you put on will determine the amount of eye makeup you use. If you use more blush for a natural, flushed look, go easy on the eyes and vice versa. Don't want to look like Tammy Faye. Then eyeshadow, curl your lashes, THEN apply eyeliner so it doesn't get smudged while curling. Next is mascara. Then comes lipliner, lipstick and/or gloss. Basically prime it before you paint it. Good luck & have fun, it's all about experimentation!

it takes a while to get a look down that you like. if you are young you probably don't need foundation or concealer really. I use a tined mostiurizer and the works just fine. Then i usually put a bronzer on my cheekbones. I don't really wear eyeshadow unless I'm going out..so I just put on some mascara. THen I think lipstick is for old ladies but thats my opinion. So I wear a clear lip gloss that also pumps up your lips. Hope I helped!

Makeup looks worst of all when someone who doesn't know what they're doing uses too much of it.
Forget the concealer unless your skin is really awful. Most women don't need it and eventually it makes your skin look dull and crappy.
Just use a great mascara and eyeliner, and a good quality lip moisturiser that also contains a colour. Less is best. It's better to look like you're not really wearing makeup than to look like you've fallen face first into the cosmetics counter at Myer.

use the bare minimum... you cant be to old so there is no need for you to really be wearing that much make up in the first place. I would suggest some mascara, lip gloss and maybe a pale eye shadow. Just dont go overboard and try to do what you see in magazines and tv.

ok. that first chick is a b*tch (excuse my french). well, if u dont feel comfortable wearing make up u shouldnt wear it, or wear very little, like some foundation and lite mascara. but if u feel like you should wear it, then put on the foundation first. next eyeshadow(or eyeliner if u wear it). mascara is always the last step for ur eyes. blush next, or right after u put on foundation. lip gloss/stick (to me) is always what tops it all off. so, i hope this helped! good luck!

first, foundation...remember, building a house, foundation goes first or it all goes wrong. then concealor, then blush and all that other stuff. and i would put on eye shadow before mascara and eye liner. the eye shadow can cover that stuff up, unless u want the eye liner to be less noticable, then put eyeliner on before eyeshadow. i usually do lipgloss last to make sure not to accidentally screw that up with my hand while putting something else on.
just remember, the point of make up alot of times is to make it seem like ur not really wearing any. make it less noticable if u can. like, i like to wear like brown shadow with a lil' bit of glitter in it so it makes my eyes seem to sparkle. and if u dont have to have makeup, stay away. its addictive once u start.
and yes, moisteriser first is a good idea. it keeps ur skin healthy before putting the makeup on and stops it from getting dry when the make up is put on so it looks a lil' more natural.

your avatar is PRETTY, if you have any problem areas, such as dark circles under your eyes or red blemishes use concealer first only on those areas then foundation( i use a powder foundation), take it easy don't over do it, then you can use a powder to clear up shiney places. eye shadow/liner before mascara so that loose powder does not cling to lashes but be sure to let mascara dry before opening eyes too wide or it will mess up eye shadow. then lipstick

Foundation first - with a sunscreen, play around with colors and see what is best for you - if you are fair skin sty with warm, neutral colors. Check out mary kay - they will teach you all you need to know and the products are safe and not made with any sort of animal testing....staying natural always seems to be better...

Start with the basic skin stuff first; like pancake makeup or foundation. Then concealer/bronzer. Then, do your eyes: shadow, then liner, then mascara. Do your lips last.

what i do is that i put some moisteriser first. then i put liquid foudation all over my fave (but not too much, just enough to cover a bit of inperfections) then, i put a bit of shine-free powder, so ur face wont look so oily. and that's about it, the rest u do in whatever order u want.
