when im on my period i hurt so bad and i dont no wat i should use 4 it plz help me:(

I've learned to do some crunches for instant relief,but if your away from home,then a quick pill or a hot pad will do. A week before and during your monthly avoid caffeine,this triggers the onset of cramps. Good luck!

exercise;yeah, i know what ur thinking, it hurts even to exercise or why would i want to do that? But, I'm serious it works. At least for me. I actually have problems w/cramps if I DON'T exercise. It's either running or walking( any type of cardio).Saves me from taking a pill to relieve my pain

take midol. and increase your calcium intake. and I heard those heat pads on stomach works well also.
