When I drive I hear a squeaky sound coming from the front tires. It doesn't make the sound when I brake. It is very annoying.

I also have another car problem. When I press the lock button, it makes a really wierd sound. I was wondering what that was also.

The squeaky sound from the front tires is most likely your related to your brake pads. There is a warning tab on them that will give off more of a squeal than a squeak when the pads are worn down to the point of needing to be replaced soon. As for the lock button, there could be something obstructing the mechanism from inside of the door a bent rod. It's very hard to say without hearing it and taking a look, but I hope this helps a bit.

The thing with the locks was happening with our car, we had to have all of the electrical stuff inside replaced. The dash lights were also dimming out and weren't at the best color. The front tires I'm not sure of.. but with Chryslers this happens a lot. When they come from the factory they all have that sound unless it is some how fixed by a mechanic.

1. The squeaky sound could be lack of lubrication in the ball joints or steering linkage, It could also be a loose brake pad. Get the front end checked.
2,. One or more of your door lock solenoids is going out.

Since the noise in the front is not when you brake when did you last have a chasis lubed or do you have a sealed chasis. I think the locking gear my need to be lubed also.

It could be as simple as a stone in your rim/hubcap. Get someone familiar with changing tires to take off the rim(to see if anything is in there) of the tire that you suspect the noise is coming from. This at the very least, will be cheaper then taking it anywhere.......for now.

the sqeaking from the front brake is the indicator that the pads need to be replaced - it's called a wear indicator

Jiffy Lube to the rescue. If it makes a clicking sound when you turn corners it is probably your u-joints (or whatever it is they call them these days... basically your axle).

Locks? No idea.
