It is a very close race between Sarah McLachlan - Fumbling Towards Ecstasy and Tool - H. Both heart wrenchingly beautiful songs in their own way. FTE came first and is more directly linked to memories of mine from when I first got into Sarah, so it narrowly holds the lead in that sense.

that's a real tough one cuz i love lots of songs...
i guess i'd have to say "I'm Already There" by Lonestar. i am very close to a guy who's in the army, and he's going overseas next month. i always think of him when i hear that song.
